1Acceptance of Terms

• Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the sending bank's processing times.
• You must only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. If that is not possible, zss999 support will work with you to arrange a suitable alternative. All withdrawals are paid in PKR.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fully completed.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawal requests from VIP Platinum and Diamond members are prioritised in the processing queue.
• Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers.

6Bonuses & Promotions

zss999 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.

7Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on zss999 sports markets — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports — are subject to the specific rules of each market as displayed at the time of bet placement. Casino games, Live Casino, Fish Games and Bingo are governed by the rules of each individual game as published by the game provider.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless the platform has made a clear pricing or settlement error.
• zss999 reserves the right to void bets that have been placed at prices that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical error or data feed fault.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time, including during live events, due to data delays or exceptional match circumstances.
• PSL and T20 match results are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches are settled according to the applicable abandonment rules for that market.
• Casino game results are determined by certified RNG systems and are final once the round is completed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per game and are displayed before bet confirmation.

Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be raised with the support team within 30 days of the relevant event. Claims raised after this period may not be investigated.

8VIP Programme

The zss999 VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on cumulative betting activity within the programme's tracking period. Points are earned on qualifying bets across sports, casino, live casino, fish games and bingo.

• VIP tier status is reviewed periodically. Failure to maintain the required activity level may result in a tier downgrade.

9Prohibited Activities

• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches for financial gain.

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

10Suspension & Account Closure

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting the support team. Once a self-exclusion is in place, any attempt to create a new account during the exclusion period is a breach of these terms.

11Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or third-party service disruptions may affect availability.
